Foundation of Yoga Course

Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:45pm - 8:45pm

The Foundation Course is created for both new Yoga students and existing Yogis. The Course will give you the opportunity to gain knowledge or revisiting yoga by creating a base for your personal practice. Gaining a deeper understand through the physical body through correct alignment of Asana (posture), Bendha and Chakra to understand energy. Pranayama (breath awareness), Dharana (concentration), to Dhyana (meditation). You will also receive a copy Nth Yoga's book 'Visualise your Asana' featured to the left. The picture book include both english and sanskrit names for correct translation as well as a picture showing action within the pose.

This 8 session course over 4 weeks is a beautiful balance of learning how to connect the body, breath and mind, cultivating an experience of union and clarity. From here you gain the confidence you need to attend any yoga class in the future.

We strongly recommend that you undertake our  foundation course before attending our general classes if you are new to yoga.

$200 include complete 8 sessions and Book. Also a catch up class offered on Saturdays at 10:15am.
