Jessi’s classes cultivate an inner strength & simplicity within each student through encouraging the practice to bloom organically from inside. Classical hatha yoga is a slow mindful & detoxifying practice which creates a strong will & a restful mind. Through the holding of traditional yoga postures for longer periods of time we are able to learn to feel into our spine & grow our awareness of the subtler sensations in the body. Allowing students to grow in their capacity to approach life on & off the mat.
